Meet the Founder

I’m Carley, and I guide women out of body shame and into seasonal, sovereign self-trust.

My Story

Welcome. If you’ve found yourself here, thank you. Your presence is felt and honored. This space reflects my life’s unfolding, a return to sovereignty, and to harmony with Earth, because Earth is not separate from the body; she is its mirror. My work in the world is devoted to the betterment of both the human body and Mother Earth, knowing that the health of one cannot exist without the other.

Guided by the stars as a Leo Sun, Capricorn Moon, and Libra Rising, I have always been drawn toward truth, balance, and structure with soul. My DNA carries the medicine of my ancestors from New England and Southern Italy, grounding me in lineage, land, and resilience.

How I Grew Up

I grew up learning that my body was something to hide. From a young age, the men around me and the systems I moved through taught me that my body was shameful or dangerous — something to cover, control, and shrink. School reinforced this by policing women’s bodies down to every inch, while society quietly insisted that to be accepted, a woman had to be thin, contained, and effortless. Those messages took root. I learned to see my body not as home, but as a problem to fix. I developed severe body dysmorphia and became obsessed with control through food and exercise, cycling through fad diets and overtraining in an attempt to finally feel safe inside myself.

That obsession led me to study nutrition, initially to understand how to manipulate the body. But the deeper I studied human physiology, the more my perspective shifted. I began to see the body not as a machine, but as a living ecosystem — one that moves in rhythms, seasons, and cycles, just like the Earth. This realization opened a spiritual path through yoga, meditation, and inner inquiry, where science and spirituality began to weave together. I came to understand that the human body is Earth in flesh, and healing is a process of reparenting ourselves with compassion, respect, and attunement to our natural rhythms. As we heal our bodies, we heal our relationship with the Earth — and this is the foundation of my work.

My Experiences

I was born emotionally attuned, feeling deeply and absorbing energy before I knew how to protect myself. Adolescence brought body shame, perfectionism, and disconnection through over-dieting and over-exercising, shaped by cultural and religious conditioning that taught me my body was something to control or hide.

Yoga found me in high school and became the first bridge back home. What began as power and performance eventually softened into introspection. During COVID, I ran half marathons, ate restrictively, meditated daily, and burned myself out through under-nourishment and over-effort. Burnout became my teacher. Stillness became my medicine.

Coming off birth control was another initiation—one my intuition demanded. Hormonal dysregulation, nervous system imbalance, and unprocessed childhood trauma revealed themselves through the body. Naturopathy offered answers, but it was spiritual inquiry, slowing down, and listening that brought integration.

Reflections on my Education

My education taught me how the body functions. My lived experience taught me how the body speaks. I learned that healing does not come from domination, extraction, or control—of land or of self. It arises through rhythm, regulation, nourishment, reciprocity, and community.

The same principles that heal soil—diversity, rest, mineral richness, and care—heal the human body. Food is not just chemistry; it carries memory, energy, and relationship. Health is ecological.

Integration

My lived experiences and education together are the foundation of who I am today—grounded, intuitive, and confident in my own skin. My work exists at the intersection of body sovereignty and Earth stewardship.

Through aligned food, seasonal living, movement, energy work, and community, I support women in returning home to their bodies—regulated, nourished, and powerful. And alongside this work, I am devoted to supporting regenerative, sovereign ways of living that honor the land as medicine.

Through caring for the body, we care for the Earth.

Through caring for the Earth, we heal ourselves.

Learning to live seasonally, cyclically, and in tune with my body changed everything:

  • I stopped demanding the same version of myself every day.

  • I started trusting that rest, softness, and slowness were not failures.

  • I began seeing my body as part of nature, not separate from it.

The heart of my work is helping you rebuild trust with your body at a pace that feels safe.

What it’s like to work with me

Sessions feel like a grounded, nonjudgmental conversation where nothing about your body or your story is “too much.”

The Process

Story & Season – We map your symptoms, body image patterns, hormone/cycle picture, and current season of life.

Rhythm & Support – We co-create simple, seasonal routines for food, rest, movement, and self-care.

Integration – With weekly or biweekly support, you practice these rhythms, adjust them, and build trust in your body.

Core Values of my Practice

Sovereignty

I believe every person has the innate right and wisdom to understand, trust, and lead their own body and life.

Sustainability

True health honors what can be nourished and sustained—within the body, the land, and future generations.

Reciprocity

Healing exists in relationship, where we give back to the Earth, our communities, and ourselves as much as we receive.

Compassion

Compassion creates safety within the body and space within the heart, allowing healing to unfold without force.
