Seasonal Cohorts: 3-Month Cyclical Living & Body Confidence Journeys
A 12-week container with weekly group support and weekly 1:1 coaching—so you’re held both in community and as an individual.
What It Is
Each seasonal cohort runs for ~3 months (about 12 weeks) and is designed to walk with you through one full season while you:
Practice seasonal eating and living
Build body image resilience and nervous system regulation
Sync your routines with your menstrual cycle or the moon
What’s Included
1 Group Call per Week
Live 60–90 minute call with the entire cohort. We cover seasonal themes, hormone education, body image tools, rituals, and Q&A.
1 Individual 1:1 Call per Week
A weekly 30–45 minute private session with me to tailor everything to your life, symptoms, schedule, and body image patterns.
